Plant Bar has multiple locations for reimagining the non-alcoholic bar. The West Asheville location is their flagship space. Set on the western part of Haywood Road, it includes a full bar and lounge, plus shared space with the Asheville Dispensary.

Plant bar has a seasonal menu and we highly recommend trying them all. You’ll find a favorite and return again and again. The fall menu features:
Black Sesame Maple: Espresso or Matcha Latte sweetened with Black Sesame Spiced Maple Syrup & Fig + Walnut N/A Bitters.
Lavender Fog: Earl Grey Latte sweetened with our Lavender Vanilla Agave Syrup, and topped with Lavender Hydrosol.
Smokey Pumpkin Pie: Goji Berry Golden Milk Latte combined with Spiced Pumpkin & Smokey Rosemary Maple. Espresso optional.
Golden Miso Mushroom: Locally-made White Miso combined with Golden Milk paste, Chaga, and Seaweed to create a nourishing cup of herbal broth.
Autumn Apple Tonic: Apple Cider infused with Cinnamon, Cardamom, Orange Peel, topped with Peach juice & puree.
The seasonal menu is only a sampling of what Plant Bar has to offer. Their drink options include intentionally sources coffees, plant lattes, ethically sourced cacao, boba tea, Mertail zero-proof cocktails, traditional teas, herbal teas, and the ability to add tinctures or cannabis to any beverage.
You can enjoy your beverage relaxing in the couches in the center of the room, at a table, at the bar to watch the action, or seated to look out the window which is especially lovely on a sunny afternoon. Of course, drinks can also be made to go.
They do also have a selection of baked goodies available daily while they last and a lovely selection of food and beverage related gift items. Also to take home, don’t miss their cooler filled with bottled and canned NA options.
